Dicsan was called out to a property that was having issues with a door. That door had an Electric panic bar repair release system to open the door from the outside.

Dicsan began by pulling the door off of the hinges. Also, removing the panic bar and the whole entire mechanism at once.

The technicians had to cut a piece inside of the Electric panic bar repair to the appropriate size for it. So, the door to open the bar automatically.

Finally to stand the door up and power it up to see if it would work the strike access properly. Finally, it worked how it was supposed to.
Upon arrival the technicians stumbled upon a faulty panic bar mechanism as it was not releasing properly. Also, it would act as if it was going to open. But it would jump back into its original state and never open.
The technicians began installing the new mechanism starting with the rod that goes inside of the door. Also, is what releases the maglock access control system.
They had to adjust the rod to the exact measurements of the door and its locking points.
Then, manipulated the new bar in order to install the electric motor into the new bar.
After making that adjustment they were ready to install the electric panic bar on the door. But the door was still on the floor do.
After that step they mounted the electric strike for panic repair door back up to the hinges. Assitionally they tried it out and it was now working perfectly fine.
It was opening the electric panic bar repair all the way and closing at the appropriate spot. It was a job well done.
