1. To add a new Card record In Kantech access control software first enter your EntraPass’ credentials (1) and click OK (2) to access.
2. Once the kantech access program opens, go to the Users panel and open the Card (3) window.
3. Then, to add a New User click on the add button (4) in kantech software as it is shown below; enter the Card Username (5), and the card number (6) in the Card number panel.
4. Then, go to the Kantech access control level panel and select the Access level (7) that the user will have for each site, after that, click on symbol save (8)
5. To delete a Card Record in kantech entrapass support software, on the Users panel open the Card (1) window.
6. Then, open the search panel by clicking on the left arrow (2)
7. After that, click on the menu (3) to switch the search type from Card username to Card number
8. Select Card number in kantech card access system (4)
9. Now, enter the number of the Kantech access control card record that you want to delete for example 12:34567 (5), and click on search (6)
10. Then, double-click on the matching record (7) to open it
11. And click on the red X (8) to delete the record in your kantech entrapass
12. Finally, click on Yes to complete the removal of the kantech card access system record (9)
