Intercom Firmware Update (Outdoors)
We download the Hikvision intercom firmware upgrade from the Hikvision page and then extract the contents of the .ZIP file
Then, we must select the device to update and on the right side we look for the >> Remote Configuration icon.
In this case we are going to update an OUTDOOR Station. A device configuration menu will open. We verify the current version, from >>System >> System Settings >> Basic Information.

Now we update the Hikvision firmware intercoms from >> Maintenance >> Upgrade C Maintenance >> Upgrade >> Upgrade Settings: Controller >> Import File.
At this point we look for the downloaded and unzipped access control Hikvision firmware.
Shape We select Upgrade, the device will reboot.
After restarting the device, we perform a factory reset as a recommendation, in >> Maintenance >> Restore Parameters >> Default (So that the IP does not change).
