Millennium doors Manual for remote openning

What is Millennium?

The security managed of entry and exit of people in physical works thanks to Millennium doors software. A centralized platform facilitates real-time management and monitoring while using technologies like proximity cards, biometrics, or PIN codes. These services authenticate users and grant them access to restricted areas. Suitable for use in business, commercial, or residential buildings.

The system can be integrated with cameras, fire systems, alarms, elevators, IP video surveillance and Active Directory. allows a completely unified experience. It can also generate detailed reports for audits, regulatory compliance, or to analyze the flow of people in key areas of the building.

Robust security:

Security features that include advanced encryption, redundancy, remote lockdown, and alarm management.

Operational flexibility:

Growing with the business is made possible by modular installation.

Savings and efficiency:

The cloud version reduces infrastructure costs and facilitates maintenance.

Complete visibility:

Real-time control, analysis, audits, and logs.

1. Log in to the Millenium door systems software. In this window, you will see multiple tabs; select the tab labeled “Maps.”

Robust security:

4. After selecting the door, you wish to open, go to the right side where you will find several options. Look for an option called “Momentary.” This option will allow you to open the door remotely. It is important not to press this button multiple times. As this can cause a delay in the door mechanism, potentially affecting the strike that opens the millennium door. Press it once, and if the door does not open, press it once again.

Why do you need Millennium software?

Remember that Millennium Access Control works as a centralized system that allows you to manage who has access to which areas within a building or set of facilities. Its primary function is to control, monitor and record physical access by means of cards, mobile credentials, biometrics or other identification devices.

How it works?

System administrators register each person (employee, visitor, contractor, etc.) on the platform. They are assigned a credential: RFID card, PIN key, facial recognition, fingerprint or mobile credential (Bluetooth/ NFC). The user has the option to group people into roles (like ‘Administration’, ‘Security’, ‘Visitors’) with different levels of access to determine who can access which doors, at what time, and on what days.

The software communicates with access controllers and card readers installed on doors, turnstiles, elevators, etc. When sending a valid credential, the reader sends the information to the controller, who queries with the software if that person has authorized access. Millennium keeps track of all access events, including the time, person, location, and outcome (allowed/denied). Creating detailed reports by person, date, door, incident, etc. is beneficial for audits and security compliance.

The system works through a combination of software and hardware. On the one hand, the Millennium Ultra software allows you to create user profiles, assign them credentials (RFID cards, fingerprints, facial recognition, PIN keys or mobile credentials via NFC/ Bluetooth), and define customized access policies. Readers, door controllers, and sensors are part of the hardware that communicate with the software to perform actions like opening doors, recording events, or triggering alarms.

Interactive Maps:

Millennium access control also allows real-time monitoring through interactive maps, from which an operator can see the status of each door, detect forced access or doors open after hours, and take immediate actions such as closing all doors (lock) or remotely unlock a specific entry. This is especially useful in emergency situations or large, distributed facilities.

Enterprise security:

Millennium Access Control Software is a perfect choice for security management in corporate buildings, where it is crucial to manage the access of employees, visitors, and contractors to different areas of the property. This system allows centralized management of all building entry and exit points -main doors, offices, server rooms, parking, elevators and more- ensuring that each person can only access the authorized areas according to their profile and working hours.

In a corporate building, the system works by creating user profiles for each employee. These profiles are assigned access credentials, such as RFID cards, numeric keys, mobile credentials via Bluetooth/NFC, or even biometrics (fingerprint or face). For example, a manager may have full access to all floors of the building, while a technician will only be able to enter the server area at a specific time. These access rules are easily defined from the software interface, whether from a computer, web browser or mobile app.
