1. To configure the intercom access to connect 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 or 1 to 2 or 2 to 2. you need to configure the static Ip for each device. First, you need to open the SADP (1) app, then click on Yes (2):
2. Once the application opens, select the one that will be your main access control Hikvision indoor station Check (3) to activate it, enter the new password for the device (4) and click on Enable Hik-Connect (5):
3. You will see the following windows to set up the verification code for the intercom access control. Hik-Connect (6), then click Confirm (7)
4. Click Activate (8),
5. Now you will set up the Hikvision itercom network configuration for the device (9).
on Modify (10), you will repeat those steps for all your indoor stations.
Activate outdoor stations:
6. To activate the outdoor stations, you will need to select one, like step 3, set up the password (11), and click on Activate (12):
7. Now you will set up the network configuration for the device (13), and click on Modify (14),
You will repeat those steps for all your outdoor stations in your Hikvision access control software.
8. Then, to establish the connection between the devices you will need to open the IVMS-4200 (15) app.
9. Then go to Device management (16), click on Online device (17)
10. You will see all your online devices, and you will need to start adding them by Check (18) and clicking on Add (19). In this case, you will select the station that you want as the main indoor.
11. Once the previous step is done with Intercom access, you will see the following window, where you will write the name, IP address, username, and password as shown below (20). Finally, click on Add (21), and you will repeat those steps for all your indoor stations.
12. For the outdoor stations you can make the same, you will select one Check (22) and click on Add (23), in this case, you will select the station that you want as the main outdoor.
13. Once the previous step is done you will see the following window, where you will enter the name, IP address, username, and password as shown below (24). After that, click on Add (25), and you will repeat those steps for all your outdoor stations.
14. For the next step, configure the main outdoor by clicking on the configuration button (26)
15. You will be able to change the outdoor name as shown below (27) Save (28),

16. Then, you will need to check in the intercom panel if the door station number is set up on 0 (the main station must be the number 0) (29), click Save (30)
17. Now, you will establish the connection between the main indoor and the main outdoor to do it you need to go to the Device Management panel and click on +Add (31)
18. First, you will add the main indoor station as shown below (32) and click OK (33)
19. To add more sub-door stations, you must click on +Add (34)
20. Then, select Device Type: Sub Door Station and complete the missing fields (35) and click OK (36), you must repeat these steps for all your sub-door stations, for each main outdoor station you will be able to put 16 sub-door stations:
To Configure the Indoor Extensions:
21. Now to configure your indoor extensions you must do it one by one, by clicking on the configuration button (37):
22. Then, go to the Group Network Settings panel and change the Device Type to Indoor Extension (38), set up the extension number (39), and click on Save (40).
23. Finally, when the indoor extension restarts, repeat step (37), go to the Group Network Settings panel, and connect the device to the main Indoor by putting the main Indoor Station’s IP and the registration password (41). Finally, click Save (42); if you want to add more extensions you must repeat steps (37 to 42) for each extension.
NOTE: For each main indoor station, you will be able to put 5 indoor extensions.
