Adding Users

1. Navigate to the Team section at the bottom center of the interface

2. To add a new user, click Add User (bottom right).

3. Enter the required information (e.g., name, email) and click on next.

4. Then we select the access level in the role. (for residents it will be Site Member and for board members it will be Site Manager). Then we click on “save,” for example:

5. The new user will receive an email invitation with login instructions:

  1. On the main application page, navigate to the Doors section.

2. A list of accessible doors will appear.

3. Select the desired door and choose Open or Unlock as required. The Gallagher platform simplifies access control by enabling administrators to quickly manage users and remotely control door operations.
