If we have installed and configured on our computer, the guard station software to view our recorded security cameras. remotely and we want to download videos on a specific date or time this can be done easily by following the steps below.
- Enter the Guard Station software and then from the “Control Panel” menu select “Playback”.
- The sequence of numbers indicates the steps to access the NVR security cameras recordings.
- Select “Normal Recording Playback”.
- Select the recording device to which you want to download the recordings.
- We can see that each red dot is the recordings made by the NVR on each day.
- If we want to download a recording of the cameras, we select the icon “Normal Recording Playback”.
- Now the following window will appear in the “By File” menu, where we can choose some cameras with continuous recording files with dates and times generated automatically.
- If we want to select a specific date and time we go to the menu “By Time”.
- For example, a NVR security cameras that recording will be generated from the date 2024/01/31 00:00:00:00 to 2024/02/09 00:00:00, then select “Download”.
- When we see the download activity, we can see that the task is being executed.
