TKE AGILE is TK Elevator‘s smart Destination Dispatch and building management software platform designed to optimize traffic flow, reduce travel times, and integrate access system in commercial and residential buildings. Instead of passengers pressing standard UP/DOWN hall buttons and choosing floors inside the cab, AGILE handles routing before passengers board.

- How it works: Third-party readers (RFID, Bluetooth, or Mobile Credentials) are mounted directly into lobby turnstiles.
- Workflow: When a cardholder badges at the turnstile, the PACS validates the credential, checks their default or allowed floor, and communicates with AGILE via TCP/IP API.
- Result: The turnstile screen or a nearby display immediately directs the user to their assigned cab (e.g., “Proceed to Elevator B”) while unlocking the gate—eliminating the need to interact with a separate elevator kiosk in the main lobby.
Destination Kiosk Integration
How it works: AGILE touchscreen kiosks are equipped with multi-tech RFID readers wired back to access control door controllers or integrated over IP.
Workflow:
- A user scans their badge or smartphone at the AGILE kiosk.
- AGILE sends a permission request over the HLI destination dispatch software bridge to the access control server.
- The PACS returns the user’s authorized floors or automatically dispatches them to their home floor.
